I eat at least 4 cloves of garlic a day. Is that too much?

 Garlic contains many nutrients that are beneficial to health, the most important of which is allicin. Allicin has a strong bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effect.

Garlic contains about 2% allicin, which is a broad-spectrum antibiotic.

A clove of raw garlic weighs about 3 grams to 5 grams. The World Health Organization recommends 2 grams to 5 grams of raw garlic daily.

Eating raw garlic is the best way to eat garlic because allicin compounds are destroyed during the cooking process.
